PixelForge LLC ("PixelForge," "we," "us," or "our") owns and operates Upscale Image and is responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered image enhancement and upscaling services.
1. Information We Collect
- Uploaded Images: We collect the images you upload for processing. Images are used solely for the purpose of providing our enhancement service.
- Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and password (encrypted).
- Usage Data: We may collect information about your device, browser, and usage patterns for analytics and security. When analytics is permitted, we send Microsoft Clarity a pseudonymous internal account UUID as its Custom user ID. Clarity hashes that identifier in your browser; we do not send your email address or display name as the Clarity identifier. Text fields, uploaded image previews, and generated image results are explicitly masked from session recordings.

- To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- To communicate with you about your account, orders, or support requests.
- For analytics, security, and fraud prevention.
3. Image Storage and Deletion
- Uploaded images are stored temporarily and deleted automatically within 30 days after processing.
- You may delete your images at any time from your account dashboard.
- We do not sell your images or use them to train our own AI models. We disclose uploaded images only to service providers that process them as needed to provide the feature you request, as described below.
4. Data Security
- We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transmission and storage.
- Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
5. Cookies and Tracking
- We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and analyze site usage. Where required, optional analytics are disabled until you choose to allow them, and you can reopen Cookie settings at any time to withdraw consent.
